Calavera Comics are Dark Horse styled American comics. The original character was ‘El Calavera’ a skull masked and skeleton costumed luchador wrestler but the origins of Calavera are in the Florida. Calavera Comics company was founded in 2006 in Tampa, FL by art students Alexis Ziritt, John Nofsinger, and Mark Malazarte.
